Love it! One suggestion though.

Okay the new board looks fantastic, so I just wanted to say that what you did with the Crew Roster was a nice touch. You actually named all those different positions so when we create NPC's we will have a better idea of the role they serve on the ship. I don't think you have ever done that before. Thanks, it makes it easier on the writers to know that people are more than generic "Engineers" or "Science Officers"

Also, the yellow starfleet badge for new posts is slick. I do have one suggestion. We should get some sort of avatar that tells us about each character. Here is an example of one i use for another sim I am a part of.

No, no I mean the program I use now is Gimp. It's free. Not as elaborate as Photoshop, but still pretty powerful.

Cool, so if we all sent you photos of what our characters "look" like, you could build some sort of avatar card in the same style of what Lindsey posted? Something with our own touch?

Yeah, I could. Might not get too much done until March, but it'll get done.

Edit 2: Better. I also tried it as my avatar, but seeing as some of the text is unreadable, maybe I'll have to do some redesigning. The quote thing was just something I was trying out, but I think it should contain 1) Name, 2) Rank, 3) Position at least.

Wow Tyler, I really like the design. FYI you are supposed to be a Lt. Commander, I just couldn't find a Lt. Command badge in science blue ( I assume you noticed the crew roster redesign). Still working on it.
